You decide the colours and features that you want for your surface finish. Our experts will be happy to advise on the choice of the best surface coating and then realise your wishes in one of the most modern powder coating plants in Germany, offering:

• 5-zone pretreatment
• 3 automated cubicles with areas for manual coating
• 1 cubicle for special colours and manual coating finish
• parts with dimensions up to 4,000mm x 1,600mm x 2,000mm (L x W x H) and up to 400 kg in weight
• coating of steel, stainless steel, zinc, aluminium or copper
• all standard powder lacquers, of polyester, polyurethane, epoxides or mixed powders
• smooth to textured and with a range of gloss levels
• special effect finishing, e.g. hammered, metallic or neon effects.

If your products are for outdoor use in particular, we can offer a speciality: coatings of hot-dip galvanised sheet steel and hot-dip galvanised steel parts. This ensures lasting corrosion protection, proven by the use worldwide of 70,000 outdoor installations. We have expertise on optimal protection, the special coordination of pretreatment processes and use of special powders.

Deutsche Mechatronics carries out all surface treatment orders on site at its works in Mechernich. The benefits are obvious, because the components progress directly from manufacture to powder coating, without being exposed to unwanted weathering during transport and und interim storage.
