So that we can respond to your needs quickly, and without administrative delays, we have our own toolmaking and jig department. There, we carry out metal-cutting manufacturing of turning and milling components, which can also be used for prototypes and sample construction. In addition, our apprentices are trained here to carry out qualified tasks for Deutsche Mechatronics.
Metal-cutting manufacturing technology
We can produce customised punching and embossing dies for you quickly and cost-effectively, as we have access to our own toolshop with metal-cutting manufacturing processes. We are therefore in a position to demonstrate our high quality and special flexibility to you every day.
We design mechatronically, so we use state-of-the-art sheet-metal and metal-cutting manufacturing processes such as turning, milling and grinding.
For the fast implementation of concepts, which is essential for both us and our clients, we have toolmaking for the production of turning and milling components for prototypes and small batches. This is also where the training of our junior staff takes place, because every year Deutsche Mechatronics takes on three to seven apprentices, in order to be able to meet our requirements for highly qualified staff in the future.
When it comes to series production, we have recourse to audited and qualified specialists from our partner network, who can meet our requirements in terms of high quality and working to deadlines.
