A single component, subassembly or system leaving the factory premises of Deutsche Mechatronics GmbH is thoroughly tested for its compliance with client requirements. There is more than just a range of documented quality tests in place: each device must also pass a practical functional test. Every component that leaves the plant for the client is inspected and approved. This means that components are perfectly compatible with one another, devices have been assembled and tested in the factory, and the results correspond to our clients' requirements for high quality and internationally prescribed tolerances.
The assembly of complex mechanised and mechatronic assemblies and complete OEM systems is one of the core competencies of Deutsche Mechatronics. Take advantage of our 60 years of expertise in manufacturing and assembly.
Other services include the punctual assembly and testing of switch cabinets in variants according to client specifications.
Building switch cabinets is just one side of the coin, and ensuring suitable variant management within the organisation is the other. Only the two together can guarantee you both the highest assembly quality and just-in-time delivery.
Decades of experience combined with optimised assembly and logistics processes provide fast implementation of your products with outstanding technical solutions. As with series production, the optimal process requirements for an economic and fast assembly are already taken care of in the product development phase. Our goal is to bring your products promptly to the market, ensuring their, and your, success.
Our long years of experience are incorporated into each product. Having a committed workforce also contributes to getting the best result for you. For many years, we have been successfully studying the optimisation and efficient design of assembly processes. Only in this way can we offer you the highest level of quality and consistent adherence to schedules that your product deserves. This does not happen by chance – everything is planned to the last detail with our considerable expertise. In this way, we guarantee a high level of flexibility along the entire value-added chain. Through job-orientated production of your mechanical and mechatronic devices, we are in a position to reduce our capital commitment and at the same time deliver your products on schedule. Reduced stocks enable changes to your products to be made and adapted to market requirements more quickly.
Without exception, your products undergo extensive testing such as component, system and peripheral equipment testing, and only after 100% successful testing are they delivered to you - naturally, on time.
We stand by our word, so why don't we discuss it in more detail. You can find your personal contact on this page, above right.
Adhesive technology indispensible
Providing the most up-to-date joining technology for new materials and substances is in ever-increasing demand in industrial supplies. Amongst other things, there is emphasis on the growing need for mechanical strength when these materials are joined, as well as cost effectiveness and optimised speed of production.
For this, we use permanent bondings from welding, soldering and gluing to form-engineering force-locked and form-locked processes such as compression, clamping, riveting and screwing.
In this field, bonding technology is at the forefront. Modern adhesive technology should be seen as a key technology with a high application potential. It has long since made a name for itself as a modern and reliable joining technology in high-tech sectors, and is now an essential part of ship building, the aircraft construction industry and microelectronics. Whereas in the past a car would have only a few centimetres of glue lines, today sometimes more than 150 metres can be used. Airbus, for example, relies on glued fibre-reinforced materials for its new aircrafts.
